Composition rules enforce a strict layer-override hierarchy: layout layers remain read-only while simulation and annotation layers accept real-time writes. Naming hierarchies follow the ISA-95 equipment model (enterprise → site → area → unit → module) so that every prim maps to a recognizable operational entity. Metadata tagging extends beyond geometry: we attach custom USD schemas carrying KPIs, alarm thresholds, and maintenance-schedule references that downstream analytics can query via USD's attribute API. Nucleus server configuration defines access-control lists per layer, ensuring that design engineers, simulation analysts, and facility operators each see role-appropriate data. Deliverables include a fully composed master stage, a metadata dictionary, variant-set documentation, and Nucleus ACL policies. Each data point is mapped to its corresponding USD prim via the metadata dictionary established in Phase 2, creating a binding table that survives scene refactors. Omniverse extensions subscribe to these streams and write real-time attribute updates — temperature, vibration, throughput — directly onto USD prims at configurable cadences (sub-second for safety-critical signals, minutes for environmental context). We implement data-quality gates that flag stale readings, out-of-range values, and sensor dropouts, surfacing health indicators within the twin itself. Historical telemetry is archived to time-series storage, enabling playback overlays that let engineers scrub through past operational states rendered in full 3D context. Deliverables include edge adapters with deployment manifests, a telemetry-to-prim binding configuration, data-quality dashboards, and a historical replay extension. Viewport bookmarks and guided tours are authored so that new operators can learn facility layout and emergency procedures through the twin. For remote access, Omniverse streaming is deployed behind enterprise authentication, allowing browser-based 3D interaction without local GPU hardware. Streaming quality profiles are tuned per network tier — high-fidelity for on-premises LAN users, adaptive bitrate for field technicians on cellular connections. We integrate alert routing so that anomalies detected in Phase 3 telemetry trigger viewport focus, automatically navigating the operator's view to the affected asset with contextual annotation.
